Everything But The Bagel|W1D3

I made it through day 2 and it was a struggle! But can we talk about breakfast for the past 2 days. I’ve had eggs and spinach and I’ve seasoned them with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning from Trader Joe’s. I have to say it is delicious!

I’ve had the seasoning for a while but never used it. Since only dry seasonings are allowed I needed to add more then just salt and pepper to my eggs. OMG, its delish!! If you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend you grab a bottle. The challenge group I’m in, I’ve read where people are putting it on everything so I’ll try it tomorrow on my asparagus.

Today’s Workout:

  • 5 Min Warm Up Ride
  • 15 Min Feel Good Ride
  • 5 Min Cool Down Ride
  • 10 Min Warm Up Run
  • 30 Min J Balvin Run
  • 15 Min Core Strength
  • 15 Min Chest & Back Strength
  • 15 Min Full Body Stretch

I split up my workout today. I did my cardio in the morning and strength, stretch and ab workout in the evening. Based on the picture above you’d think I murdered my workout! The truth is I wore a sauna suit jacket and was drenched by the end. I did have a great workout though. I rode the bike first and then did my run afterwards.

I was hungry today and still had a slight headache but staying strong because I am committed to these 8 weeks and I have a cheat meal to look forward to this weekend! I can do anything for 8 weeks right?

As far as my meals, they consisted of the same thing from yesterday. I spent the night looking through cookbooks and I found a few recipes that didn’t call for sauce and I can use for the next meal prep. I have to get creative with meals or I’ll start to get bored with my food and want to quite. I’m so focused that quitting is NOT an option. ~Selena
