Long Run|W2D6
Today was my long run and I did it inside on the treadmill and it was still tough! I broke it up and took two 30 minute classes. After my long run I ate my first meal and then I went out to grab some things for a new item we’re adding to Embellished Dough hopefully next week.
When I got back from doing some running around I made Luna dinner, ate myself, gave her a bath and started working on our new item. Needless to say I didn’t complete my ab workout or stretch today. I was only able to eat 2 of my meals also since I was gone so long. Since tomorrow is a rest day I will complete the stretch and ab workouts.
Today’s Meals:
- Meal 1: Veggie Egg White Omelette, nuts, 1/2 grapefruit
- Meal 2: Chicken and broccoli

- 30 min Intervals Run
- 30 min Progression Run
