    Week 2 Wrap Up|W2D7

    Today was a busy day taking pictures of the new Piñata/Smash Cakes we are rolling out tomorrow on Embellished Dough. We took pictures and made some video and boomerangs. I’m excited about the new addition. I pray that the response is well! For the last 2 days I have been craving sweets! Next week our meal plan removes the fruit so this is going to be a LONG week. I just have to keep my mind occupied and look forward to my next cheat meal. I think I’ll increase what I eat for my cheat meal!     Long Run|W2D6

    Today was my long run and I did it inside on the treadmill and it was still tough! I broke it up and took two 30 minute classes. After my long run I ate my first meal and then I went out to grab some things for a new item we’re adding to Embellished Dough hopefully next week. When I got back from doing some running around I made Luna dinner, ate myself, gave her a bath and started working on our new item. Needless to say I didn’t complete my ab workout or stretch today.     Cheat Meal|W2D5

    The day has finally come! Week 2 cheat meal and I kept it simple. I went with the old faithful Chipotle w/chips and I went to a local bakery and picked up 2 cupcakes. Yes, not one but 2 cupcakes. I think I worked heard this week and earned them! Yesterdays, I added a 15 min shoulders and arms workout and todays circuit was upper body focused and lets just saw my arms feel like jello.     Feeling Changes|W2D4

    Today was definitely one of those days where I can feel the changes in my body. My pajamas and yoga pants(because thats all I wear) are fitting a little differently now. They are much looser then before. Today was a busy day, I have been taking a 3 day Big Idea Bootcamp and today was the last day. I also attended a VIP Zoom call with Brit Morin, CEO of Brit+Co. Over these 3 days its really made me take some time to think about what direction I need to go in.     Everything But The Bagel|W1D3

    I made it through day 2 and it was a struggle! But can we talk about breakfast for the past 2 days. I’ve had eggs and spinach and I’ve seasoned them with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning from Trader Joe’s. I have to say it is delicious! I’ve had the seasoning for a while but never used it. Since only dry seasonings are allowed I needed to add more then just salt and pepper to my eggs. OMG, its delish!! If you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend you grab a bottle.     New Sunglasses|W1D2

    Today is day 2 of the 8 week challenge so I’ll be doing a day 1 recap. Before that I want to share that I purchased these cute (to me but not Amiyah…ugh) cat eye sunglasses from Target and they arrived today. I like big and weird shaped sunglasses so these were perfect! I even had a not so happy photo bomber who wanted to be picked up, lol. Don’t mind the crazy hair, I just took off my hat and tried to funky it up.
