Feeling Changes|W2D4
Today was definitely one of those days where I can feel the changes in my body. My pajamas and yoga pants(because thats all I wear) are fitting a little differently now. They are much looser then before.
Today was a busy day, I have been taking a 3 day Big Idea Bootcamp and today was the last day. I also attended a VIP Zoom call with Brit Morin, CEO of Brit+Co. Over these 3 days its really made me take some time to think about what direction I need to go in.
On the private call I shared with Brit about the direction I was taking Embellished Dough, in addition to me wanting to really make blogging work. She did mention that starting a blog now might be tough (tear). She mentioned using social platforms as a “blog”.
I don’t share as much as a should on my social platforms because I think I’m some what hesitant. I do have people that I know “watching” me. With my blog I haven’t told people about it except close friends, so I’m still hiding.
She reminded me of a saying I’ve heard before, your mess is your message. I shared that I’m not one of those people where the weight just falls off. Luna is almost 18 months and it’s still been a struggle for me.
I’m waiting to share the “After” before I put myself out there and that isn’t getting me anywhere. I ‘m a perfectionist and I have to overcome that. The crazy thing is I’m drawn to people who are raw and real, yet I shy away from that myself. It’s time to make some changes!
