First Day of School|W4D1

Today was the first day of the 10 week Selfmade course the I received a scholarship for and it went very well. We had a guest speaker and we were able to meet all the coaches. I’m still nervous yet excited about the next 10 weeks!

Today was also the start of week 4 of the E2M Challenge. 3 weeks down and 5 more to go! I’ve had great progress so far and I hope my results continue to show. Like I always say I’m trusting the process. This week we do get to eat fruit but we don’t get to choose, it’s either grapefruit or an orange with every meal.

Results wise, I did’t take pictures this morning so I’ll do that tomorrow. I did hop on the scale this morning and I was 162.2. I was reluctant to weigh myself because I had a good bowel movement(TMI) on Friday so I weighed myself and I was 161lbs. I was feeling good going into the weekend and then my cycle started so I knew the scale would creep back up. Hopefully I’ll see a drop next week.

Today’s Meals:

  • Meal 1: Veggie Egg White Omelette, 1/2 grapefruit, 1Tbsp PB
  • Meal 2: Chicken, green beans, oranges, 1Tbsp PB
  • Meal 2: Shrimp, cabbage, oranges, 1Tbsp PB

Today’s Workout:

  • 10 min Warm Up Run
  • E3M Circuit
  • 30 min HIIT Run
