Great Day|W4D2

Today was a very busy day for Embellished Dough but it was a great day! I have a feeling that good things are coming my way. I received a bunch of inquires today and secure a few new orders so October is shaping up to be a busy month and I’m so grateful.

When it seems as though other areas of my life aren’t going well the best thing for me to do is keep busy and create! I’m going to pour my heart into my business and pray I get to a place where I can draw a salary. I’m so excited to see where Self-made takes my Embellished Dough and other business ideas I have!

As far as E2M Challenge, the workouts are going well! I’m not surprised though because I LOVE fitness! I’m kind of getting tired of the meals, mainly chicken. It’s probably because we’ve been seasoning it and can’t put any sauce on it. Being that its chicken breast, it can seem kind of dry and bland…

Honestly I don’t think I want anymore chicken. I’m sure if I just ate salmon and shrimp, I’d probably get tired of that too. The biggest thing for me though is the bowel movements, its so inconsistent and driving me crazy!

Today’s Meals:

  • Meal 1: Turkey Meatballs, Brussels sprouts, 1/2 grapefruit, PB
  • Meal 2: Shrimp, asparagus, cabbage, orange, PB
  • Meal 3: Chicken, asparagus, orange, PB

Today’s Workout:

  • 10 min Warm Up Run
  • 20 min Hills Run
  • 20 min Intervals Run
