My Down”Fall”|W2D2

Today is the first day of Fall. YES bring on the sweater weather! I feel we got a sneak peak of it this weekend and I couldn’t be more excited. I love fall because I get to wear sweaters, scarfs, boots and onesies!! Let’s not forget its the best cuddle weather! 🙂

One of the downsides of fall and winter is that it makes it so hard to get out of the bed early in the morning to workout. I’m so warm under the covers and the thought of getting out of my warm bed is tough. I’m not starting off on the right foot because I hit snooze for over an hour and still didn’t get up. Today’s workout will be a midday workout. I have to break out of that habit of sleeping in because I have goals I want to accomplish!

Today’s Meals:

  • Meal 1: Veggie Egg White Omelette w/1/2 grapefruit
  • Meal 2: Chicken, asparagus, apple w/PB
  • Meal3: Pineapple Shrimp with vegetable cauliflower rice(I forgot to eat my fat)

Today’s Workout:

  • 45 min Bike Bootcamp
  • 20 min Interval Run
  • 10 Cool down Run
  • 15 min Core Strength

I can finally feel the difference in the way my yoga pants fit and my top fits. My friends have asked me if I thought about what my cheat meal was going to be this week and honestly because of the fruit it hasn’t been as hard this week. Plus we have a better variety of meals so I’m not in such a big “need” of a cheat meal. Now don’t get me wrong, I DO plan to have a cheat meal and dessert. It’ll probably be Chipotle and a dessert. ~Selena
