The Bears Den Resort
My husband and I spent our 3rd anniversary in Orlando, FL at The Bear’s Den Resort. This was the first time Antavis and I have been away from the girls for more than 1 night since before Luna was born. This was a much needed trip for us.
We chose to stay at The Bear’s Den Resort because each home had a private pool and hot tub. We also chose this resort because we wanted privacy and a nice space and it exceeded those wants. The Bear’s Den also offers in-home spa services so we scheduled a massage the morning of our anniversary.
They also have a private chef option. We wanted to hire a chef but with the minimum requirement and it just being the two of us, we weren’t going to eat all that food. We opted to pickup food from a nice restaurant instead.
We originally booked a 4 bedroom home but when we checked in, Brian had informed us that they upgraded us to a 5 bedroom home. That was more than enough room for the 2 of us, lol. The house that we stayed in had a pool table and a theater room which we enjoyed both.
The only negative about our stay was their clubhouse was not open yet. Brian mentioned that it would be available in October. We wanted to be able to use the gym. Brian was nice enough to bring us weights from the gym so that we could take a Peloton class On Demand. We were very appreciative of that. Also on their website they mention a lazy river but that’s associated with another development next door in which they are still working out the partnership.
Again Brian with great customer service did reach out to them to get us passes if we wanted to visit the lazy river. We were planning to go on Sunday but we opted to relax in the pool at the house. Other then those two things, everything else was AMAZING!
We booked our stay through Rentyl Resorts. Ironically I saw an IG ad for Rentyl Resorts and started to do some research. I had been looking at resorts to stay at in Florida. I will say that this was probably the one time I didn’t mind “Big Brother” watching my search habits.
So if you’re looking for an anniversary getaway, family vacation, girls trip to Orlando Florida, I highly recommend The Bear’s Den Resort. ~Selena
