Week 2 Wrap Up|W2D7
Today was a busy day taking pictures of the new Piñata/Smash Cakes we are rolling out tomorrow on Embellished Dough. We took pictures and made some video and boomerangs. I’m excited about the new addition. I pray that the response is well!
For the last 2 days I have been craving sweets! Next week our meal plan removes the fruit so this is going to be a LONG week. I just have to keep my mind occupied and look forward to my next cheat meal. I think I’ll increase what I eat for my cheat meal!
If I’m following the plan and sticking to the list all week, I deserve to enjoy my treat meal. The only thing that I’m not liking is that my bowels have not been regular like they normally are and I don’t like that. I HATE feeling backed up. I might up the amount of veggies this week. I’m getting in my gallon of water, plus more, each day so I’m not sure whats going on.
Today’s Meals:
- Meal 1: Boiled eggs, air-fryer carrots, apple
- Meal 2 Broccoli, chicken, nuts, apple
- Meal 3: Turkey Meatballs, zoodles, peanut butter, apple
Today’s Workout:
- 30 min Hike
- 15 min Core Strength
Today was a rest day but I wanted to sweat so I did a 30 minute walk while Antavis rode the bike. Then we did a 15 min ab workout with Jess and it was tough but felt good! Honestly I’m not looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow or taking pictures. Hopefully I’ll have a good bowel movement beforehand., TMI. lol ~Selena
